My connection with the spirit world wasn’t always easy to embrace or understand, but it was always calling, guiding me home to my truth.
From a young age, I experienced profound moments of seeing, hearing, and feeling messages from beyond, forging a deep bond with the spirit realm and the natural world.
Though these abilities were with me from a young age, I didn’t understand them until I looked inward, went through deep healing, and started building trust with myself. I followed a more traditional path for many years, pursuing higher education and building a career in consulting instead. Driven by a desire to help others, I worked to create understanding, shift energy, and bring meaning to the spaces and dynamics around me.
Yet, I always felt like my life and energy was misaligned, the life I was living didn’t feel like mine. I spent many years in my 20’s trying to find my way forward, going through dark moments, health challenges, and constant anxiety, while uncovering this deep knowing, all while working with coaches, healers, and incredible mentors along the way. I always felt I was being pulled toward something deeper and more soul-aligned, this was my spiritual awakening.
It took time for me to step into this calling, reclaim my voice, and welcome spirit back into my conscious awareness after a lifetime of being taught not to trust the intuitive power and abilities we all hold.
When I reconnected with the spirit world in a conscious way, I discovered how my spirit guides had been supporting me through my lifetime. All of the memories and understanding came rushing back in and that’s when psychic mediumship truly found me.

I’m a breathwork enthusiast, mother, nature lover, and believer in the power of ‘dancing it out’. My life and spiritual practice blends itself into a wildly adventurous and weirdly wonderful rhythm that syncs with the seasons for connection and healing. When I was guided to teachers and mentors, and started to listen to what had been with me all along, I felt a coming home to the spirit world that led me back to this soul path.
This calling led me to immerse myself in the study of Reiki, mediumship, breathwork, and energy intuition. I also became a doula, embracing the profound wisdom and connection inherent in the process of pregnancy and birth.
Now, as an psychic medium, energy intuitive, and spiritual guide, I help others align with their soul’s journey, tune into their intuitive wisdom, and connect with loved ones who have passed. My readings, classes, and teachings blend psychic mediumship, energy intuition, and spiritual guidance, creating a warm and nurturing space for healing and transformation.
I believe that the ability to connect with spirit and intuition is a language shared by all of us, a reflection of our shared humanity. Through my work, I empower others to embrace their own intuitive power, find clarity, and step into alignment with their unique path.
